We are counting down to Valentine's Day! We are all on a
tight budget at my school, so this little treat works--it's cheap, simple, and tasty! Last year, a
creative UNC graduate student, Erica Miller, worked with me. She developed this picture recipe for her sessions, and I'm sure she won't mind me sharing it. Recipes are great for facilitating communication skills and I found a
blog that spells out many reasons why cooking and recipes are great with our kids. Check it out!
