We use Easy IEP which also has on progress reports online. We also just comment on our own goals. There is a drop down menu to choose progressing, inconsistent, etc and a section to type in comments. Works well.

We are moving towards an online system (CECAS)---but we're not totally there yet. Our goals are integrated, though, with EC goals if the child has a label other than SLI---so more than one EC provider may report on the goal.

Our system is all online and has been for years. We only comment on "our" goals and other provider handle theirs. When everyone is done it gets "affirmed, printed, and goes home with report cards.

Hi Ruth, let me please ask you a question:

I'm a researcher trying to go digital AND online and I'm convinced that Google Forms is the way to go.

Suppose I have 200 subjects and each has between 50 to 100 variables that I plan to follow up over time.

How do I set this database up on Forms? Do you think I should have one form for each subject? What happens when he comes back for his new appointment in three months? Should I keep adding questions? Or maybe I could fit everyone in one huge form somehow and keep feeding it into one huge database - I seem to like it better this way, since this is how I have worked before with spreadsheets.

Part of the problem may be that ASHA does not make it clear when voting is happening, or who are the candidates.

I get about 5 emails a week from ASHA, and the vast majority of them are advertising continuing ed courses which I don't want, so I've gotten used to ignoring them. Your blog is the first place where it was clearly stated what was happening, and the only place I could find the link to actually vote.

Thanks for providing the link! You're way more useful than ASHA usually is. Ever thought of running for an ASHA position?

I have 3 weeks of school left and there was a water main break at my school rendering in unusable for the remainder of the year. My students and staff at my school have been split between 4 schools in the district and I have become a traveling therapist for the next 3 weeks. Of the very few materials I packed up to bring with me were about 5 of your printable books I had in my file cabinet. I will add some of these books for something new and I am set for this short-term adventure!
