In the summers when some of the kids are home, we take turns cooking. This can be slightly challenging due to my special gluten-free diet, but we've all managed to adjust---very few fast food nights, hardly ever do we eat out, and most of our meals are made from scratch. Tonight was no exception--it was Vicki's turn, so she found a great recipe for Indian Shrimp Curry that you all should try whether you are gluten free, or love your bread.
